US Airways’s Web site is guaranteeing the lowest price.
If a lower price is found elsewhere, US says it will refund the difference and provide a $50 voucher toward a future US flight booked at usairways.com.
“Over the past six months, we have significantly enhanced our Web site by increasing capacity and improving usability, performance and reliability, while also adding new functions,” said Mark Kuhns, US Airways managing director of eCommerce and Marketing.
To qualify for the lowest price guarantee, customers must purchase a flight on US Airways, US Airways Express or US Airways Shuttle at usairways.com. If, on the date of purchase, the customer then finds a lower price — by at least $10 — on another Web site for the same US Airways flight in the same cabin, the customer can submit a claim.
