Virgin Voyages’ second ship to debut in Med
Virgin Voyages’ second ship will be called Valiant Lady and will sail seven-night Mediterranean itineraries out of Barcelona when it debuts in May 2021.
The ship will operate three itineraries, all of which include a Friday overnight in Ibiza and late-night stops across destinations in France, Italy and Spain.
Bookings will open on December 19.
Valiant Lady will dock close to Las Ramblas at the World Trade Center Barcelona, operating scheduled seven-night sailings departing on a Sunday.
Itinerary 1 takes in Monte Carlo, Marseille and Olbia; itinerary 2 includes Toulon, Ajaccio, Marina di Carrara and Cagliari, while itinerary 3 calls at Palma de Mallorca, Malaga and Gibraltar.
Virgin Voyages CEO Tom McAlpin promised: "Our sailors will fall in love with the places we go and the moments and memories they will be able to create on our gorgeous ship. There is no better way to sail the seven seas than doing it the Virgin way."
