VLM names new UK boss

Alan Daniels has been recruited by VLM as UK regional manager from Air France, replacing Carol Baker who has emigrated to Australia.

Daniels was UK sales manager for the airline for four years from 1999 and leaves his post as business development executive at Air France. He previously held roles at Debonair, as sales account manager, and in the retail sector.

Johan Vanneste, managing director of VLM Airlines, the largest carrier at London City Airport, said: “We are delighted to welcome Alan back to VLM Airlines. His extensive industry experience, along with his knowledge of our operation, will make him a real asset to our team.”
