Welsh town to hold its first 'Tennerfest'

Monday, 9 September 20133 min read

Hotels and guesthouses in a Welsh town are offering rooms for £10 per person a night as part a celebration called ‘Tennerfest’ later this month.

From September 18 to 24, visitors to Llanwrtyd Wells, in the heart of the Cambrian Mountains, can save up to £50 on accommodation.

They can also buy a host of other things for just £10, including meals, gifts and activities such as paddle boarding, bell ringing and broomstick knitting.

It is the first time Llanwrtyd Wells, which claims to be the smallest town in Britain, has held a Tennerfest.

Properties taking part in the promotion include the Lledgwial B&B, New Hall Guest House, Belle Vue Hotel and Bryncelyn Guest House.
