Wendy Wu Tours has hired Troy Ackerman as Australia general manager.
Ackerman joins from Globus where he was most recently general manager of the New Zealand business.
He also held similar positions at STA Travel Contiki Tours and Flight Centre in a career spanning more than 20 years.
He will be based in Sydney and reports directly to UK based founder Wendy Wu.
"We are looking forward to Troy leading our Australian business and bringing his solid industry experience and expertise. I have no doubt Troy will do a fantastic job in leading the Australian team," she said.
Ackerman takes the helm as general manager of Wendy Wu Tours Australia on October 1.
