Wyndham Hotel Group is launching a third hotel in Perth with the debut of its Wyndham brand in West Australia.
The 120-room new build will cost about $40 million.
"We are strategically expanding our flagship Wyndham brand in capital cities like Perth where there is low supply but increasing demand for upscale accommodation," Wyndham Hotel Group South-East Asia and Pacific Rim president Barry Robinson said.
"We’ll continue to seek out the right opportunities to grow our presence in the region to offer travellers more options in leading business and leisure destinations."
Wyndham LUX Perth will feature a pool, gym, meeting space, restaurant and rooftop bar.
The property is being developed by NXT TEC.
Wyndham already operates Ramada Perth The Outram in West Perth and Ramada VetroBlu Scarborough Beach is set to open in August.
Perth becomes the fifth location in Australia for Wyndham, joining Sydney, Melbourne, the Gold Coast and Torquay, Victoria.
