Abercrombie & Kent has announced the appointment of Charlie Bateson as director of product and commercial, completing its executive management team.
He joins from Best at Travel and before that held senior positions at Trailfinders.
Starting on February 10, he will report into MD Kerry Golds who joined A&K in February 2013.
Since then she has been restructuring the business to make it "more competitive, agile and customer centric".
"It has taken us a while to find the right person to fill this pivotal role, and I am delighted to welcome Charlie on board," she said.
