Air Canada system migration underway
Air Canada’s big systems blackout is underway with the full migration of its reservation system.
That means the reservation system will be down until roughly midday Tuesday while it migrates to its new Altéa Passenger Service System.
The airline said no reservations or ticketing functions will be available, such as new bookings, refunds and flight changes.
All existing bookings are secure and during the downtime, passengers can check in at the airport or online as normal.
All flights will operate as scheduled.
Passengers will also be able to access their flight status online or via the Air Canada app.
