The latest to offer a hotel online rate guarantee program: Best Western, which announced its GUARANTEED! Program will start 30 April.
If customers find a lower rate with the same criteria on another web site, Best Western says it will match the lower rate and offer a 10% discount.
Competitor’s internet rates must be viewable and bookable via their web site. Claims must also be filed within 48 hours, and there are other stipulations, according to Best Western.
