Budget revamps website

Tuesday, 02 Apr, 2004 0

Budget Rent a Car claims to have simplified the car hire booking process by revamping its website. The company is offering additional 5% discounts for people who pre-pay online at www.budget.co.uk. The site enables users to make bookings in three stages and has been redesigned in time to capture Easter sales. Rates on the site start at £15 a day in Ireland and Dubai, with all-inclusive rates for the UK starting at £114 for seven days. Budget’s EMEA e-commerce manager Toby Roberts said: “Above all, we know people want great value and transparent quotes. We’ve taken considerable time to ensure the presentation of our quotes are straightforward, clearly detailing what’s included in the price.” Report by Phil Davies
