Caesars Palace being sued over used condom
A Scottish family is suing Caesars Palace in Las Vegas after allegedly finding their five-year-old daughter with a used condom in her mouth which they say was in a made-up bed.
The suit seeks damages for emotional distress and medical fees.
Alberto Lopez, a spokesman for Harrah’s Entertainment, says the company will “seek its remedy in court”.
A similar lawsuit filed in 2003 against Harrah’s was found in its favour and the complainants had to pay some attorney costs.
