Club Med appoints UK manager

Justin Heckman has been appointed call centre manager for Club Med, responsible for the UK market.

Heckman was previously a consultant specialising in training sales and customer service managers for large international companies and previously worked with Club Mediterranée as a sales agent in the UK.

“There is a growing demand in the UK for a more sophisticated, service orientated tour operator product and I look forward developing the Club Med call centre further to best serve this integral market,” he said.
