Company says exact home offerings are a first
Zonder, which claims to be the first vacation home rental site to offer real-time bookings for private homes, condos, cabins and villas, has announced the launch of an all-new Zonder.com.
“Zonder vacationers can now view exact property locations on maps through Microsoft Virtual Earth and Google Earth. Advanced search and booking features enhance a strong, simple-to-use toolset that finally brings vacation rentals to travelers everywhere,” the company said.
To kick off the launch of the new site, Zonder is offering 10% off (up to $250) to anyone who books a vacation home rental before Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, 2008 (use the promotional code “BeyondHotels” during the checkout process).
Zonder.com offers a wide collection of trusted properties in North America, Central America and the Caribbean.
The new search tools allow travelers to filter search results using criteria such as price, distance, group size and thousands of amenity combinations. One example cited by Zonder: customers can rent a four bedroom beachfront house in Costa Rica that includes a private hot tub, full-size kitchen, and even a blender for their cocktails for less than $200 a night.
“Leveraging our team’s strong search-technology background, we were able to develop a powerful and simple solution that brings the latest in search technology to the vacation home rental space,” said Bob Barnes, founder and CEO, Zonder.
