Customer relations focus for TTI conference
Top level speakers are lined up for TTI’s Spring conference on April 29 at Savoy Place, London.
Under the theme ‘CRM in a Disloyal World’, the conference will look at how the web has made it easy for consumers to shop around.
Delegates can hear about the latest CRM techniques, how to build relationships with customers when they are purely online and learn from travel companies that are already practicing good CRM.
