Cyplon Holidays was advising travel agents to email its sales department due to technical difficulties with its phone lines.

It said agents who are unable to get through on the phone should email [email protected]

The operator said it would arrange a ‘swift call back’.

Alternatively agents can use its online chat service, available from its website, or go to its Agents’ Lounge to search for holidays online.
