Delta returns to London Gatwick
Delta Air Lines is back at London Gatwick Airport after more than a decade.
It also marks Delta’s 45th anniversary of serving the UK-US market.
Gatwick is served with daily London flights.
Customers enjoy convenient connections to destinations across North America via Delta’s New York-JFK hub.
These include New Orleans, Nashville, Miami, Los Angeles and San Diego.
“Delta started flying 45 years ago this month at Gatwick so it is fitting that we are restarting London flights from Gatwick,” said Nicolas Ferri, Delta’s EMEA and India VP.
All flights to the US are in cooperation with joint venture partners Virgin Atlantic, Air France, and KLM.
“We are thrilled to welcome Delta Air Lines back to Gatwick. It means that we will expand furthermore our connectivity to the US,” said Stewart Wingate, CEO, Gatwick Airport
Delta is offering an upgraded travel experience on refurbished Boeing 767-300 aircraft with Delta One, Delta Comfort+ and Main Cabin.
