Do agents need to concern themselves with responsible tourism?

As the clamour for responsible or sustainable products grows louder, some travel agents appear to be finally getting the message and making various commitments. However, this is by no means universal and I am trying to establish whether there is a market or social advantage for agents to establish a responsible tourism policy. A questionnaire can be found at http://www.richarddrysdale.co.uk and results will hopefully be available before responsible tourism day at WTM.
