Dolphin Dynamics is Awarded Preferred Supplier Status with Advantage
New agreement further cements the relationship between the two parties.
London, 15 September 2008 Dolphin Dynamics already has a number of Advantage Travel Centre members as customers including RCI Travel, QA Business Travel, Tickets Anywhere and Leisurefare. The leading travel technology supplier anticipates significantly increasing this number following the new agreement with the consortium.
As part of the agreement, Dolphin’s management reporting functionality will be enhanced to enable Advantage’s head office to electronically obtain vital booking and transaction information from its members in a more accurate and timely manner.
Dolphin’s solution enables travel companies to search and book flights, hotels, transfers, insurance and other ancillary products and to manage the booking fulfilment, CRM, reporting and travel accounting within the back office. Designed to cater for leisure and business travel agents as well as tour operators, Dolphin’s solution lends itself very well to the broad range of travel companies that are Advantage members today.
Corporate Director of Advantage Travel Centres, Ken McLeod, said “We are delighted to welcome Dolphin Dynamics as one of our preferred technology suppliers. We will be working closely with them over the coming months to develop the MIS extract such that Advantage members using the Dolphin product will be able to provide comprehensive stats effortlessly.â€
