Ebookers trials Live Chat feature
Ebookers.com has begun trialing a Live Chat feature in the UK.
The instant messenger support service is designed to give customers additional online support when searching for or booking hotels, holidays and flights.
“Our new Live Chat feature is already receiving positive feedback from customers, especially from consumers with impaired hearing who have highlighted how the service has provided them with an easy channel for their enquiries,†said president Tamer Tamar.
