Elite finds new headquarters

Wednesday, 20 February 20083 min read

Elite Travel Group is to move into new head offices in the Midlands to cope with recent growth.

The consortium said it is about to sign a number of agents, bringing its membership to 100.

“One of the key initiatives for us is to move to new larger premises. We have always planned to expand the group steadily so we will need extra resources,” said Nigel Ham, general manager.

“We will reach the 100 member mark early this year with a number of very keen agents ready to join over the coming weeks.”

He said Elite hoped to make an announcement shortly once contracts are finalised for the new head office.

“We have also been busy with our own internal ‘Road Shows’ where we have hosted our members in small groups of seven or eight people to meet the directors,” continued Ham.

“We plan to continue this throughout the year not relying on the occasional conference to communicate with each other.”

He said details of the Elite conference will be released at the end of this month.
