Emirates expands A380 aircraft network in UK
Emirates will scale up its A380 aircraft operations in the UK.
The double-decker is returning to Glasgow on 26 March 2023 and Birmingham on 1 July.
The airline has also announced it will resume its second daily service to Stansted starting from 1 May 2023.
With the return of the second daily flight to Stansted, Emirates will ramp up operations to London with 11 daily flights.
Emirates flies the flagship A380 to 40 destinations worldwide.
It is the largest operator of Airbus A380 with more than 80 aircraft in active service.
The airline first launched A380 operations to Birmingham in 2016 and Glasgow in 2019.
Richard Jewsbury, President , Emirates UK, said: “It’s fantastic that we will soon be able to welcome even more UK passengers back.”
The first Emirates A380 to be completely refurbished was deployed earlier this month on the London Heathrow route.
