Travellers to Spain are being warned of the possibility of flash floods due to torrential rain in Valencia, Alicante, Murcia and Almeria.
Spain’s meteorological agency has issued an ‘extreme risk’ weather warning for all four regions for today and tomorrow.
The Foreign Office said flash floods might lead to transport disruption and delays.
It advised holidaymakers in these areas to follow the advice of local authorities.
