Saga has appointed Jonathan Hill as executive director.
He joined Saga earlier this month as group chief financial officer designate from Bovis Homes Group.
Before that, Hill held various senior roles within TUI Travel and Centrica.
Saga Group CEO Lance Batchelor said: “We are delighted to have attracted someone of Jonathan’s experience and calibre to Saga.
“He will be a valuable member of the leadership team that takes the business through the next stage of its development as a public company.
“He is an accomplished plc business leader whose strong track record will underpin our growth strategy with a continued focus on a capital-efficient model and high levels of cash generation.”
Hill holds 24,586 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 in Saga plc.
