Frontier flight catches fire on landing
Federal agencies the National Transportation Safety Board and the FAA are investigating an emergency landing as a Frontier Airlines flight caught fire.
Frontier Flight 1326 from San Diego was in the process of touching down at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas.
During the descent there was a report of smoke in the cockpit and the pilot declared an emergency.
Video footage showed an engine on fire as it touched down.
Airport fire crews were quickly on the scene and the fire was extinguished.
The plane was carrying 190 passengers and seven crew members.
Passengers were able to leave the plane and were bused to the terminal.
No injuries were reported.
A full investigation is underway.
