Bob Hohman, president of IAC Travel’s Classic Custom Vacations, is joining Hotwire.com as president on 1 October, the company announced.
Current Hotwire.com president and CEO Karl Peterson will assume an advisory role.
In addition to his experience at IAC, Mr Hohman spent seven years at Expedia. His most recent position was vice president of that company’s Hotel & Packages Division.
Mr Hohman became known as a leader in the travel industry during his time at IAC, which is a full service travel company specializing in tailoring luxury vacation packages.
