Holiday Extras adds office in Maidenhead

Holiday Extras has secured new office space in Maidenhead to meet its business growth needs.

RO Real Estate announced Holiday Extras as a new tenant of 6 Bell Street Maidenhead, taking 3,697 sq. ft. of premium Grade A office space.

Holiday Extras has inked a 10-year lease term at the premises, which is in heart of Maidenhead.

It is just a two-minute walk from the rail station with Elizabeth line services directly into central London.

Ed Davidson, Asset Management Director at RO Real Estate, said: “This lease to Holiday Extras is testament to the fundamentals of this building in a prime town centre location with a fantastic parking ratio.”

The office building is undergoing improvement works which includes installation of new car charging points.

“We welcome Holiday Extras to their new office and will look to support them in their continued growth plans for the business,” Davidson added.

The self-contained office building offers over 10,000 sq. ft. in total.

Established over four decades ago, Holiday Extras product portfolio includes airport hotels, secure airport parking, transfers, car hire, holiday insurance and more.
