All 555-guest rooms have been completely redesigned and new amenities added include the new Blue Sky Coffee Bar and 12,000 square-foot Naupaka Ballroom. Ritz-Carlton Kapalua closed on July 2 for an extensive $95 million renovation. The hotel will transform its current 548 rooms into 363 renovated guestrooms, with 107 of those rooms becoming two-bedroom, full-ownership residential suites. The Wyland Waikiki has reopened its doors after completing renovations valued at tens of millions of dollars.
