Hyatt Corp is set to launch its new Caption by Hyatt brand later this summer in Memphis.

The 136-room Caption by Hyatt Beale Street Memphis features a ‘remixed lobby design’ known as the Talk Shop, which serves as a dual workplace and lounge.

It has an adjoining outdoor patio and beer garden with fire pits.

“The Caption by Hyatt Beale Street Memphis is a first-of-its-kind property offering travelers a true Memphian lifestyle experience,” said Sarah Titus, area general manager, Caption by Hyatt Beale Street Memphis.

The hotel opens for stays starting July 1, 2022.

Other Caption hotels are slated to open in Tokyo, Osaka, Shanghai and Saigon.

Caption is being described as a ‘lifestyle, responsibly engaged brand.’
