Iceland Express extends NY flights

Thursday, 1 July 20103 min read

Iceland Express is extending its service to New York by an extra four weeks due to high demand.

The transatlantic service, which flies from London Gatwick to New York’s Newark via Reykjavik, launched on June 1 and was originally going to run for 13 weeks.

But instead of ending on August 31, it will now fly until September 27 2010.

The service operates four times a week and prices start from £267 return, including taxes.

The service also allows for passengers to enjoy a stopover in Reykjavik.
