In-flight redesign for Gulf Air
Gulf Air is to redesign all of its aircraft interiors, livery, uniforms and passenger lounges.
The airline has appointed London and Singapore-based designers James Park Associates to carry out the redesign, which will coincide with an expansion and updating of Gulf Air’s fleet.
James Park Associates also designed Singapore Airlines’ new business class seat on the Airbus A380 aircraft and the first and business class seats on board its Boeing 777-300ER fleet.
Other projects have included the Venice-Simplon Orient Express, the Eastern and Oriental Express, the Royal Scotsman, and the Taj Exotica Resort and Spa in Mauritius and the Maldives.
The investment also includes changes to the in-flight entertainment systems.
