ITM conference dates revealed
The Institute of Travel Management has announced that its 2007 conference will take place from March 21-23 at the Edinburgh International Convention Centre.
For the first time, travel buyers who are not ITM member can attend the conference at a special rate of £125.
The event is free to ITM buyer members, except for accommodation.
All delegates receive complimentary flights to and from Edinburgh.
The theme of the conference will be responsible travel management, with Greenpeace founder Jonathan Porritt one of the event’s keynote speakers.
Over 30 leading buyers, suppliers and industry commentators will lead sessions covering topics, including duty of care, sustainable travel and environmental issues as well as Corporate Social Responsibility.
Seminar sessions will cover consolidation, expense management, what travel procurement did next and the value of the agent.
