Jet2 will be the only airline to fly to Lesvos from Manchester and Stansted. It will operte twice weekly from Manchester and weekly from the London airport from May 2 to October 10.
It is adding the Peloponnese region for the first time, offering two flights a week from Manchester and a weekly Sunday service from Stansted from May 3 to November 1.
Jet2 previously announced it was adding the Greek destinations of Skiathos and Preveza for summer 2020.
CEO Steve Heapy said: "Our Summer 20 programme continues to grow, and with 12 Greek destinations now on sale, we are offering holidaymakers more choice and flexibility than ever before."
