Kimpton Hotels has announced plans to open a second property in the Caribbean in 2019.
Kimpton Kawana Bay Grenada Resort will feature 146 keys including private pool suites overlooking Grand Anse Beach.
Twelve penthouse suites will go on the open market for private owners to purchase.
Resort amenities include an infinity pool, restaurant, lounge and beach bars, a fitness center and spa.
Kimpton recently made its regional debut with the opening of Grand Cayman’s Seafire Resort.
