KLM to make board appointment
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is to appoint Jan Ernst de Groot to its board of managing directors on July 5.
De Groot is currently executive vice president Corporate Center at KLM.
The general meeting of shareholders of KLM NV will be informed of the intended appointment during the annual meeting scheduled for that day.
The board will continue to be made up of three people, including Peter Hartman who succeeded Leo van Wijk as KLM President & CEO on April 1 and CFO Frédéric Gagey.
