Korean Air resuming Hawaii flights
Korean Air will restart flights to Hawaii early next month. The Seoul Incheon-Honolulu service starts from November 3. The airline suspended the service back in April 2020 due to the pandemic.
Korean Air will offer three flights a week on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. The airline previously operated an average two flights a day before the shutdown.
Hawaii’s Governor David Ige a few weeks ago asked tourists to stay away due to pressure on its healthcare system because of high infection rates, but that has now subsided. Ige said tourists are welcome back from next week.
