The Kuoni Group has acquired Copenhagen-based Krone Golf Tours for an undisclosed sum.
It said the acquisition will enable it to tap into synergies with Golf Plaisir, the Swedish golf travel specialist acquired in 2008.
All four employees will join Kuoni and the company’s current general manager will remain responsible for the production and distribution of its golf travel products.
Krone sells tailored golf trips from Denmark, primarily to Portugal, Spain, Tunisia and Turkey.
