It signed a management contract for The Langham, Gold Coast which is scheduled to open late next year.
It will feature 169 rooms and suites, and 170 branded serviced apartments known as the Jewel Residences by The Langham.

Set within three high-rise towers, The Langham, Gold Coast occupies a prime location on the beachfront in Surfers Paradise.
