Malaysia’s Destination Explore partners with TA Network
Malaysia based tour company Destination Explore has partnered with Trip Affiliates Network (TA Network).
The tie-up intends to enhance the company’s digital solutions and overall customer experience.
The Malaysia tour operator offers hotels, tours, packages, and ground transfers.
The partnership with TA Network provides access to affordable digital solutions, including digital payments, scalable channel distribution, online supplier connectivity, and operations automation.
This allows the Malaysia tour operator to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Destination Explore says it will be able to expand its wholesale business by integrating online travel channels with TA Network.
This will ultimately tap into new markets and revenue streams.
Ganneesh Ramaa, founder of Destination Explore, says the partnership will improve the ratio of direct bookings with hotel affiliates.
