Thursday, 2 January 20143 min read

Air Mauritius has cancelled flights to and from R-©union as a tropical cyclone approaches.

According to Accuweather.com, Tropical Cyclone Bejisa hit the French island of R-©union yesterday and is expected to bring heavy rain and "minimal tropical storm-force wind gusts" on the neighboring island of Mauritius.

Air Mauritius has also rescheduled other flights to minimise disruptions.

Flight MK042 to London today (Thursday) will depart at 12H00 instead of 22H05.
