New hires with Alaska Airlines must be vaccinated
Alaska Airline is making vaccinations compulsory for all new hires and current employees who remain unvaccinated and must quarantine will no longer be paid for the time off. "Our goal is to have as many employees vaccinated as possible," the airline said.
Workers who are vaccinated will be awarded a $200 bonus. The airline said it hasn’t ‘yet made a decision on a vaccine requirement for current employees.’ It said about 75% of Alaska and Horizon employees are already fully jabbed.
