TUI UK and Ireland has appointed Mark Bather as retail director.
He replaces Jill Carter who has become director of customer delivery at Thomson Airways.
Bather joins from O2, where he was in charge of customer experience in the phone giant’s retail network.
At TUI he will report into Helen Caron, who recently became director of cruise and distribution.
