Paul Soulsby has joined Costa Crociere in the newly-created role of senior vice president shared services.
Reporting directly to CEO Michael Thamm, the Brit joins from AIDA Cruises, where he held various senior finance positions.
Soulsby joined AIDA, British-American owned German cruise line based in Rostock, in 2011 and three years later was promoted to its Executive Committee.
