Outrigger turns specialists into experts

Friday, 12 Dec, 2013 0

Outrigger Hotels and Resorts is making changes to its travel agent education and loyalty programme.

Introduced in 2009, the Outrigger Specialist Programme has been renamed Outrigger Expert Agent "to place greater focus on the travel agent’s achievements and expertise".

The organisation’s education and loyalty programme has also migrated to a new technology platform, allowing Outrigger Expert Agents to more easily view their learning course history and offerings.

Two relaunch bonus promotions are being offered to certified Outrigger Expert Agents.
