Paper change for rail tickets
Agents selling train tickets can now print them on regular value paper from standard laserjet desktop printers.
Before, agents had to use bespoke printers to print out rail tickets and passes, other than Eurostar group tickets.
The change has come about thanks to technological advances by Travelport and Rail Europe.
"It allows for much faster and more efficient printing of train tickets," said Paul Lacey, head of sales at Rail Europe.
