P&O Cruises apologises for Christmas cruise glitches

P&O Cruises issued an apology over various teething problems during Arvia’s Christmas cruise.
It was the new ship’s maiden voyage,
Guests complained of booking errors, long waits for food and substandard Wi-Fi.
The ship’s captain blamed ‘connectivity issues.’
“This service was certainly not up to our usual high standards and we wholeheartedly apologise,” A P&O Cruises spokesperson said.
