Princess Cruises announces new direct flights
Princess Cruises has announced new direct flights and additional capacity for 2007.
It is introducing exclusive direct flights to Fort Lauderdale for 15-night cruises on Caribbean Princess in the summer.
Dedicated Sunday flights are being offered on 11 cruises between May 26 and October 14, which means prices have been reduced by up to £400 per person.
The new lead-in price is £1,199 per person, including flights and transfers and food, accommodation and entertainment onboard.
Due to strong consumer demand for autumn cruises to Canada and New England, flight capacity from the UK has been increased by over 40%.
Passengers on Princess’s Emerald Princess, due to be launched in April 2007, will benefit from new exclusive direct flights from London and Manchester in her inaugural Mediterranean season.
Pieter van der Schee, head of brand marketing at Princess Cruises said: “We are very happy with bookings to date and have been looking for additional growth opportunities.”
