Sandals and Beaches Resorts says its Best Price Guarantee will protect agents from losing a sale due to a retailer who has drastically discounted the price.
The resort company says when that happens, it will match the lower price.
“It is imperative that the travel agent community be given the confidence not only to sell but to sell without fear,” said Gordon “Butch” Stewart, chairman of Sandals.
Sandals launched the initiative with its new all-inclusive resort, the Royal Plantation Spa & Golf Resort in Jamaica. The 77-suite spa is the first in a new line of boutique all-inclusive resorts from Sandals.
