Shangri-La Hotel Singapore rolls out ‘Valley Wing Experience’
Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore has introduced the new ‘Valley Wing Experience’ incorporating enhanced luxury amenities and updated food and beverage offerings.
The experience begins pre-arrival and throughout a stay with bespoke ‘hotel within a hotel’ luxury services including premium turndown amenities and a specially curated French menu.
A main focus of the Valley Wing Experience is the newly redesigned Champagne Bar and new culinary offerings from Michelin starred Chef Christophe Moret.
"The Valley Wing Experience was designed in line with the changing times and to ensure we remain relevant to travellers who have evolving needs and preferences," said Reto Klauser, vice president and general manager of Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore.
"Delivering a bespoke experience remains our top priority and, with that in mind, we have enhanced key aspects of the Valley Wing ranging from the Michelin two-starred chef-curated afternoon tea menu, evening cocktail delicacies to the turndown menu that guests can select from."
Guests in the 131-room Valley Wing have access to comprehensive pre-arrival assistance and concierge services from Shangri-La’s butlers, along with a personalised arrival experience within a private lobby or the option for in-room check-in.
Hong Kong-based Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts owns or manages 98 hotels under its landmark Shangri-La brand with more than 40,000 rooms in its inventory.
