SkyScanner recruits from Amadeus

Sunday, 15 Dec, 2006 0

Flight search engine SkyScanner has named Aaron Ritoper in the newly created position of head of global sales.

He joins from Amadeus where he was the Head of Consulting Services for the e-Travel division and will report to co-founder and business development director Barry Smith.

Smith said: “As SkyScanner looks to expand globally we needed to create an overall head of sales role to serve as the company’s key contact for major international partners and clients. Aaron’s unrivalled experience from Amadeus and deep understanding of online travel services and solutions certainly means he’s the best man for the job.”
