Specialist tour operator OSKA Travel will introduce four new departure dates to Antalya in 2014 and 2015 from Humberside International Airport.
The move follows positive feedback after the launch of the route in its 2013 programme.
The flights will use Turkish-Dutch airline Corendon and will operate on November 4 and 11 and April 14 and 21.
Humberside airport hopes other regional travel agencies will support the service, which is already bookable through its in-house travel agency, Humberside Airport Travel, as well as Andrew Earle, Fairs Lloyd and Hessle Travel.
